When should I expect to receive the items I purchased?


For Pre-Orders within 6 to 8 weeks. for Items in inventory we typically ship between 3 to 5 business days. We will also offer Express shipping within the US.
 
What is the price of shipping to U.S. addresses for items purchased on the OliviaWatts.co website?
 
We offer shipping to all locations in the U.S. via Fedex and is provided on a complimentary basis for all items purchased on the OliviaWatts.co website.
 
What is the price shipping to addresses outside the U.S. for items purchased on the OliviaWatts.co website?
 
We offer shipping to most locations outside the U.S. and is provided on a complimentary basis. For some locations, an additional charge may be incurred. Upon receiving your order, we will notify you if any additional charge is due.
 
Will I be charged sales tax on the items I purchase at OliviaWatts.co? 
 
Olivia Watts charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions based on shipping address as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated amount.
 
Will I be charged international duties or taxes on my OliviaWatts.co purchases?
 
International orders placed through OliviaWatts.co are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). For all DDU shipments, any applicable duties, tariffs, and taxes will be collected at the destination’s point of entry and are the responsibility of the customer, as each country has unique charges.
 
 
What retailers carry Olivia Watts items in the US?
 
Olivia Watts is currently in discussions with retailers seeking to carry items from the current Olivia Watts collection. We will let our customers know the stores where they can buy Olivia Watts products as these relationships are finalized.
 
Can I exchange Olivia Watts products that I purchase?
 
Yes, we allow our customers to exchange products they have purchased from us that are unworn and in good condition. Please note that only unworn pieces with labels and in good conditions might be eligible.


For Pre-Orders please note that After placing the order you will have 5 calendar days to request a full refund. Afterwards, only the 75% of the total paid will be refunded.
